Open Positions
Chief Operations Officer
Responsible for overseeing the organization's day-to-day operations. Writes weekly meeting outlines and supports other roles as needed to ensure smooth functioning across the board. Plays a key role in maintaining productivity, organizing events and meetings, and leads monthly chapter check-in sessions.
Social Media Manager
Manages the organization's presence on Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkTree. Focuses on proactively producing content creation and promoting engagement to grow our audience and increase follower count across all platforms.
Event Coordinator
Organizes performances and manages logistics across all chapters to ensure successful event execution. Leads fundraising initiatives, overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of fundraising events to support the organization’s goals and community impact.
Secretary
Takes weekly meeting attendance and maintains detailed meeting notes and records. Also manages meeting logistics, coordinates chapter check-ins, and keeps the board informed through timely reminders, scheduling updates, and ongoing communication.
Chief Financial Officer
Manages our financial strategy, planning, and reporting. The CFO is in charge of all transactions and investments, oversees budgeting, and provides strategic guidance to support the organization's growth and long-term profitability.
PR & Graphic Design Team
Creates visual content such as Instagram graphics and edited videos for YouTube. Collaborates with social media manager to provide media content for our organization. Ideal members preferably have strong editing skills and experience with website design or basic coding.
Editor in Chief
Oversees all website content and editorial operations, including recruiting and coordinating writers, managing publication schedules, and approving articles before release. This role focuses on developing engaging stories and creative content centered around music and medicine.
